MY TCG offers tracked delivery to UK addresses using Royal Mail. The delivery methods and prices available for an order will be displayed at checkout.

Free UK delivery

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is available on UK orders with a product value of £40.00 or more.

The £40.00 threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied and before delivery charges are added.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are normally packed on the same working day where possible and dispatched by the end of the next working day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed after the day’s Royal Mail collection, or during weekends or bank holidays, may be collected on the next available working day.

An order being packed or having a postage label created does not necessarily mean that it has already been collected by Royal Mail. Delivery times begin once the order has been handed to Royal Mail.

During particularly busy periods, product launches or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing or delivery may take longer. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.

UK delivery options

The delivery option available at checkout may depend on the size, weight, value and contents of your order.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery times are service aims rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer in some locations or during periods of disruption.

Special Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm provides guaranteed delivery by 1pm on the next eligible working day after dispatch, provided the order is handed to Royal Mail within the applicable acceptance time and the destination is eligible for the service.

The standard service does not include guaranteed Saturday delivery unless a separate Saturday-guaranteed service has been expressly offered and selected.

MY TCG will pack Special Delivery orders as quickly as possible. However, an order placed after the available Royal Mail collection may not be dispatched until the next working day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow time for Royal Mail to collect and scan the parcel before expecting the tracking information to update.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within two working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@mytcg.co.uk or through the website chat.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your tracking has not updated, or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at sales@mytcg.co.uk.

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by Royal Mail delays, adverse weather, seasonal demand, bank holidays, local disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

MY TCG remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered in accordance with applicable consumer law. We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry or claim with Royal Mail.

Please check that the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and accurate. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been packed or dispatched.
