Cancellation policy
My TCG Limited does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring billing, memberships with recurring charges, try-before-you-buy arrangements, or other recurring purchase options.
All purchases made through our website are standard one-off purchases unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
If you need to cancel or amend an order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mytcg.co.uk. We will do our best to help before the order is packed or dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
